Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients, bankers, developers, and government authorities to ensure timely completion of transactions.
• Conduct title searches, land office dealings, and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B) and valid practicing certificate.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in conveyancing
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
