Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Customs form knowledge (K1, K2, K3, K8) and familiarity with CIPL preparation.
• Ability to endorse DO and maintain accurate shipment records.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the status of shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, customs, shipping lines, airlines, and internal departments regarding shipment movements.
• Track shipment progress and provide regular updates to customers and management.
• Identify shipment delays or operational issues and resolve them promptly.
• Maintain accurate system records and prepare daily operation reports.
• Escalate urgent issues to the Operations Manager when necessary.

The Control Tower Executive is responsible for monitoring and coordinating daily logistics operations to ensure shipments are delivered on time and according to customer requirements. This role acts as the central point of communication between customers, transporters, warehouses, customs, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of any shipment issues.

Key responsibilities

Monitor the status of shipments and ensure timely delivery.

Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, customs, shipping lines, airlines, and internal departments regarding shipment movements.

Track shipment progress and provide regular updates to customers and management.

Identify shipment delays or operational issues and work with the relevant parties to resolve them promptly.

Ensure all shipment information and records are updated accurately in the system.

Follow up on pending shipments and ensure all deliveries are completed according to schedule.

Prepare daily operational reports and shipment status reports.

Escalate urgent or critical issues to the Operations Manager when necessary.

Maintain good communication with customers and logistics partners to ensure service quality.

Ensure compliance with company procedures and customer requirements.

About you

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain operations.

Customs form knowledge (K1, K2, K3, K8).

Must know how to prepare CIPL.

Must know how to endorse DO.
