Responsibilities
  • Review contractual aspects of bids, proposals, tenders, and commercial agreements.
  • Identify and highlight variances between client agreements and standard terms and conditions.
  • Work with the Commercial Manager to formulate appropriate responses, including liaising with external counsel where necessary.
  • Draft, review, interpret, and maintain contractual documents, policies, and procedures.
  • Support the preparation of non-technical information for tender responses (e.g., HSE, quality control, anti-bribery, code of conduct).
  • Oversee renewal of industry certifications such as FPAL and Achilles.
  • Manage intellectual property matters, including renewal of trademarks and patents.
  • Undertake special projects and assignments as required.
  • Ensure compliance with internal HSE regulations and policies.
Requirements
  • A law degree from a recognized university.
  • Minimum of 5 years' solid legal work experience, including international or cross-border exposure.
  • Proven track record in commercial agreement and contract administration.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across different professional and technical backgrounds.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Independent, proactive, and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
