Organize tenders calling, conduct tender interviews and evaluating tenders received.

Negotiation of tender prices and recommending for award of contracts.

Site valuation and preparing payment recommendations for contractors and consultants.

Project cashflow outflow projection.

Perform any ad-hoc assignment as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent.

At least 2 years of experience in relevant role in construction industry.

Fluent in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are a must to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
