Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (Executive, Contract Administration) to assist in preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts, agreements, and tender documents in line with policy and legal standards. You will monitor deliverables, timelines and obligations, liaising with contractors and internal teams, while keeping accurate records and supporting audit requirements.

Fresh graduates are welcome; strong communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English and good organizational skills are

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts, agreements, and tender documents in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor contract deliverables, timelines, and obligations, escalating potential risks or issues to senior team members.
• Assist in tracking project costs, preparing cost summaries, and processing variation orders to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
• Verify and process contractor claims, progress payments, and final accounts under the guidance of senior team members.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve contract‑related queries and support smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to support effective contract administration and audit requirements.
