Job summary

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage post-contract activities for data center construction projects.
• Monitor and manage contracts and subcontracts, including progress claims, payment recommendations, variation orders and final account settlement.
• Prepare and evaluate progress claims, invoices and supporting documents for clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Evaluate variation works, prepare cost comparisons and support commercial negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Conduct site measurements, quantity take-offs and verification of completed works and material requisitions.
• Coordinate with project, site and procurement teams to ensure timely cost control and effective contract administration.
• Ensure proper record keeping and maintenance of contract documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
