Job summary

Roche Services & Solutions Operations APAC is offering an internship in Contract Record Management. You will support daily operations, manage contract records, provide user training, and assist with audits.

A six-month internship is required, and Mandarin language proficiency is essential for collaboration with China region stakeholders. Enrolment in a related bachelor's or associate degree program is expected.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor's or associate degree program related to business administration or legal studies.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate contract record processing and maintenance.
• Organizational skills to efficiently manage contract documents.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with Mandarin proficiency.
• Familiarity with ERP software such as SAP or ARIBA is a plus.
• Willingness to learn contract management principles during the internship.
• Problem-solving skills to address contract record issues.
• Able to adapt to different software tools and processes used within the organization.
• Respect for confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Strong teamwork skills; no work experience required; six months minimum internship.

Responsibilities

• Utilize our ticketing system to manage incoming requests and issues.
• Provide end-user support, including training and consultancy on system functionalities.
• Act as a liaison for process and system changes, including handling enhancement requests.
• Ensure proper use of the Repository tool and maintain contract records with audit readiness.
• Participate in project activities such as contract migration, system deployment, and cleansing.
• Onboard suppliers to our vendor management tool and liaise with business stakeholders.
