Job summary

LuLu Money Malaysia is seeking a Freelance IT Executive to provide hands-on IT support for the corporate office and branches, ensuring availability, security and smooth operation of IT systems, hardware, networks and end-user services.

You will troubleshoot issues, coordinate with external vendors, support IT projects, and help with cybersecurity, documentation and asset management while balancing multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant IT support/infrastructure experience.
• Hands-on desktop, networking, hardware and software troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support to offices and branches and troubleshoot issues.
• Set up and configure laptops, desktops, mobile devices and other IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, passwords and basic system administration.
• Provide timely support for urgent IT incidents affecting business operations.
• Monitor basic network connectivity and IT infrastructure.
• Support IT projects, cybersecurity and system improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs and installations.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation of incidents and resolutions.
• Assist in testing, rollout of new IT systems and technology solutions.
