Job summary

iFAST Global Hub.ai is recruiting for an Executive, Internal Control (HK Support, ePension) on a 6-month contract. The role focuses on investigating complaints, identifying process gaps, and collaborating with trustees and regulators to ensure compliance.

Strong English, Mandarin and Cantonese communication is essential. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor degree with 2nd Class Honours or higher, be able to work under tight timelines, and be willing to work 100% in the office in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline with 2nd Upper Class Honours and above.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese for communication with internal/external parties.
• Independent, analytical, meticulous and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and follow up on complaints and enquiries relating to the online pension platform.
• Identify operational errors or omissions and propose rectifications.
• Identify system bugs and propose fixes and rectifications.
• Liaise with scheme trustees, MPFA or external parties and prepare reports for follow-up actions.
