Job summary

Luster Venture Sdn Bhd is seeking a construction administrator to manage quantities for building and external works, prepare quotations and progress claims, and finalize accounts with subcontractors.

The role requires independence, self-discipline, and analytical thinking, with proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Diploma holder preferred; 1 year construction management experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Diploma/Advanced Diploma preferred.
• 1 year construction management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take off on building and external works quantity.
• Call for quotations, prepare Letters of Awards & Work Orders.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with site personnel, consultants and subcontractors.
• Identify Variation Orders and prepare monthly progress claims and payment certs.
• Finalize accounts with subcontractors.
• Other contracts related works.
• Work independently with self-discipline and think analytically to complete tasks on time.
