Job summary

Mcct Sdn Bhd is seeking an Executive/Senior role in electrical contracting to prepare cost estimates, tender submissions and contract documentation. You will review drawings and BOQ, manage VO and claims, and monitor budgets across commercial, industrial and maintenance projects.

Fresh graduates may apply for the Executive level; experienced candidates with 4–6 years are encouraged. Strong Excel skills and teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or closely related field.
• Fresh graduates may apply for Executive level.
• Senior candidates with 4–6 years in electrical contracting, tendering or contract administration are encouraged.
• Knowledge of BOQ, tender pricing and contract documentation is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Variation Orders (VO), claims and project costing is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers and project teams on contractual matters.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve competitive pricing.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate contract documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and contract requirements.
