Job summary

LeSKY BUILDERS SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Contract Executive with at least 2 years in quantity surveying to join their team. You will manage pre and post contract activities, tender preparations, procurement, and project documentation.

Strong English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia communication is required. You should be computer literate, able to work independently, and willing to travel with own transport.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of contracting or quantity surveying experience.
• Proficient in English; Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia are advantageous.
• Must have own transport and be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts: pre and post contract activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Survey operations: handle bills of quantities and cost analysis.
• Tender preparations: compile documents for tender submissions.
• Procurement: source and negotiate sub-contracts and materials.
• Project administration: manage docs for main/sub-contracts, progress claims & final accounts.
• Cash flow management: monitor budgets and cost control/value engineering.
• Communication: coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers and site personnel.

• Administer contracts:Engage in pre and post contract activities, ensuring smooth operations.
• Survey operations:Handle quantity surveying tasks, including Bill of Quantities and cost analysis.
• Tender preparations:Prepare and compile documents for tender submissions.
• Procurement:Source and negotiate prices for sub-contracts and materials.
• Project administration:Manage documentation for main and sub-contracts, including progress claims and final accounts.
• Cash flow management:Monitor budgets and conduct cost control and value engineering.
• Communication:Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and site personnel effectively.

Who are they looking for?
