Job summary

SevenCo is seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager, Contract Administration to lead the end-to-end contract lifecycle for high-rise residential developments. You will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, monitor compliance, and support cost control, claims management, and value engineering with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have a degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, 10–15 years in consultancy, construction, or property development, and proven ability

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Technology, or Contract Management.
• 10–15 years’ relevant experience in consultancy, construction, or property development.
• Experience with high-rise residential projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the full contract lifecycle including drafting, review, negotiation, and compliance monitoring.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation.
• Plan and manage tender calling and award processes to meet key project milestones.
• Review contracts, drawings, and Bills of Quantities (BQ) for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage tender documentation, evaluations, and award recommendations.
• Liaise with consultants and stakeholders to ensure transparent procurement.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or design intent.
• Verify contractor claims and prepare payment certifications.
• Monitor project cost control and budget adherence.
• Prepare feasibility studies and conduct value engineering exercises.
