Job summary

Crest Builder Sdn Bhd is seeking a Manager/Assistant Manager - Contracts (Post Contract) for our high-rise building projects in Malaysia. You will consolidate progress reports, review sub-contractor quotations, attend site meetings, ensure timely claims submission, and monitor variation orders to meet client expectations.

The ideal candidate holds a Quantity Surveying degree with at least 7 years of post-contract experience in high-rise/commercial developments, and is proficient in Microsoft

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
• 7 years of working experience in high-rise commercial building and mixed development projects in construction industries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Glodon software applications.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate progress report submitted by Executive – Contracts.
• Review and manage quotations submitted by sub-contractors and recommend awarding of contract to sub-contractors.
• Attend site meetings as and when required.
• Ensure timely submission of sub-contractors claim to the Management and progress claims to the client.
• Check all progress claims.
• Implement the Quality Management System procedures in the Department.
• Monitor timely submission of variation order and obtain approval from the client’s representative on time.
• Carry out other job assignments as and when assigned by the immediate superior.
