Qualifications

• 12+ years of contract management experience in property development or consultancy firms.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end cost and contract implementation process from inception to final account resolution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end pre-contract and post-contract activities from tender stage through project completion and final account closing.
• Lead contract negotiations and resolve contractual or commercial matters; identify opportunities for cost control and value enhancement.
• Monitor project costs, contractual compliance, and commercial risks; highlight issues with actionable recommendations to Management.
• Lead, manage, and mentor direct reports on contractual matters and ensure policy compliance by the sub-team.
• Collaborate with internal Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Procurement teams, external Consultants, and Contractors for smooth project execution.

• Oversee end-to-end pre-contract and post-contract activities from the tender stage through project completion and final account closing. Review tender documents, costing, commercial proposals, and tender evaluations.
• Lead contract negotiations and resolve contractual or commercial matters. Identify opportunities for cost control, value enhancement, process improvement, and digitalization within contract management.
• Monitor overall project costs, contractual compliance, and commercial risks, highlighting key issues and actionable recommendations to Management.
• Lead, manage, and mentor direct reports on contractual matters while ensuring the sub-team complies with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Collaborate closely with internal Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Procurement teams, external Consultants, and Contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
