Responsibilities

• Assist in Customer Migration Activities
• Assist in validating company profiles and details for data migration
• Assist in inbound call handling for companies to support migration process
• Assist in email handling specifically for customer migration
• Assist in outbound customer care calls for clients
• Management of customer issues with Channels, IT and vendor
• Prepare status reports when necessary
