• Assist in validating company profiles and detail information in preparation for data migration.
• Assist in inbound call handling for companies to support migration process.
• Assist in email handling specifically for customer migration.
• Assist in outbound customer care calls for clients.
• Management of customer issues with channels, IT and vendor.
• Prepare status reports when necessary.
