Job summary

You will lead a team of Industrial Technicians, optimize layouts, perform capacity planning, conduct time studies, and support CapEx projects to enhance manufacturing capabilities and efficiency. Strong lean, Six Sigma knowledge and data-driven approach are required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve operational workflows using productivity and cost data.
• Lead and manage a team of Industrial Technicians.
• Propose production layout strategies to optimize resources and workflow.
• Conduct capacity planning to meet targets with optimal efficiency.
• Perform time-study analyses to identify bottlenecks.
• Support CapEx projects including budgeting, planning, and implementation.
• Develop and maintain OEE calculations to evaluate equipment performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive productivity.
• Conduct man-machine analysis to optimize stations and labor.
• Apply 5S principles to organize the work environment.
• Conduct takt time analysis to improve production planning.
• Support KPIs related to production efficiency and action plans.
• Lead layout design to align with lean strategies.
• Adhere to quality, safety, code of conduct, environmental policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of production information.
• Other duties as assigned.
