Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance-driven content strategies across Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube
• Lead production of performance creatives (static, video, motion)
• Write and oversee campaign copy, ad copy, and in-app content (banners, push, product messaging)
• Work closely with Growth teams to test, optimize, and scale winning creatives
• Use data and insights to continuously refine content and improve results
• Ensure clear, accurate, and consistent card messaging across all touch points
• Stay on top of trends and formats to keep content competitive

Requirements

• 4–8+ years in content, copywriting, or performance marketing
• Strong experience in both creative production and copywriting
• Proven ability to create high-performing, conversion-driven content
• Comfortable using data to guide content decisions
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Fintech or credit card experience is a plus
