Polymorph Recruitment is assisting a growing spa, beauty and wellness brand to find a talented Content Marketer. You will own the social voice for assigned brands, from concept to final post and community engagement across TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu and Facebook.

You'll craft on-trend content, write scripts and captions, monitor trends, and use AI tools to speed up ideation, scripting and editing. Hybrid work with in-office days and WFH.

Qualifications

• Active handling of personal social media with 1,000–2,000+ followers on Instagram or Xiaohongshu.
• Hands-on content creation experience for social platforms.
• Basic photo/video editing skills and comfortable on camera.

Responsibilities

• Own the social presence of assigned brands from concept to final post and community replies.
• Create on-trend content across TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu and Facebook.
• Write scripts and captions; stay on brand and audience voice.
• Monitor trends and adapt formats; plan posting schedules and responses.
• Use AI tools to speed ideation, scripting and editing; track basic metrics.

Job Scope

• Our Client is a growing business in the spa, beauty and wellness industry, dedicated to creating engaging lifestyle and wellness experiences. With a focus on brand development and digital engagement, the company is expanding its social media presence and looking for creative individuals who can bring fresh ideas, compelling content and innovative digital marketing strategies to its brands.
• We're hiring Content Marketer to own the social presence of the brands assigned to you — from idea and script to the final post and the conversations that follow. You'll plan trend-led, on-brand content across TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu (XHS) andFacebook, and use AI tools to produce more, faster, without losing quality.
• Responsibilities:
• Brand & content
• Manage the social media accounts of your assigned brand(s) and understand each brand's voice, audience and goals.
• Create on-trend, on-brand content — static images, carousels, Reels and short-form videos.
• Write scripts and captions for videos, hooks and campaigns.
• Keep up with trends, sounds and formats on each platform and adapt them quickly for the brand.
• Platforms & community
• Plan, schedule and post content consistently on TikTok, Instagram, XHS and Facebook.
• Keep accounts active daily: reply to comments and DMs, engage with followers and relevant accounts, and build community.
• Share regular Stories to keep the brand visible and engaging.
• AI & efficiency
• Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, CapCut AI, image and video generators) to speedup ideation, scripting, design and editing.
• Help improve and document our content workflows so the team can produce more with less effort.
• Reporting
• Track basic performance (reach, engagement, followers, leads) and use the insights to improve the next round of content.

Requirements

• Must have
• Actively runs your own social media account, ideally with 1,000–2,000+ followers on Instagram or XHS (please include the link).
• Hands-on experience creating content for social media (personal accounts count —show us your work).
• Basic photo and video editing skills (CapCut, Canva or similar).
• Comfortable being on camera or doing voiceovers when needed.
• Strong sense of trends and what makes content stop the scroll.
• Good written English; Mandarin and/or Malay is a strong plus, especially for XHS content.
• Responsible and reliable — you own your work and deliver on time, even when working remotely.
• Organised, self-driven and able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Nice to have
• Experience using AI tools for content creation.
• Experience running brand accounts for F&B, beauty, lifestyle or local SMEs.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia or related field —but your portfolio matters more.
• What you'll get
• RM2,000 basic salary + commission of up to RM4,000, based on performance.
• EPF and SOCSO contributions.
• Hybrid and flexible hours, Monday to Friday (Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days WFH))
