TLM Event Sdn Bhd in Penang Island is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive (Consumer Expo) to drive revenue growth by securing sponsorships, exhibitor partnerships, and vendor relationships across our growing lineup of events.

This full‑time role requires 2+ years of sales experience in events or exhibitions, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships while coordinating with marketing, operations and management to ensure successful event

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in events or related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the events industry and sponsorship models.

Aufgaben

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients including sponsors, exhibitors and vendors for events.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
• Negotiate sponsorship packages and exhibitor rates to maximise revenue.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and event teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports and performance metrics.
