Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (or equivalent) recognised in construction.
• Current NEBOSH IGC or equivalent professional certification.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian construction safety regulations and CIDB requirements.
• Proficiency in risk assessments, method statements and hazard identification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections and toolbox talks to communicate safety requirements.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Investigate incidents, near-misses and accidents; document findings and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain safety documentation including risk assessments, permits and records.
