Job summary

Brem Maju Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Site Safety & Health Supervisor and Safety & Health Officer to join our construction team on a contract basis in Serenia City, Dengkil, Selangor. This role focuses on ensuring the safety, health and wellbeing of all personnel on site, with emphasis on compliance and proactive risk management.

You will conduct regular site inspections, deliver safety inductions and training, maintain records, liaise with DOSH, and lead toolbox talks to promote a strong

Qualifications

• Must hold DOSH Yellow Book (Supervisor) or Green Book (Officer).
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant safety experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and local safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards, assess risks and implement corrective measures
• Provide safety induction and training for all workers, contractors and visitors to ensure site-specific safety requirements
• Maintain comprehensive safety records and reports
• Liaise with regulatory authorities including DOSH and facilitate inspections and audits
• Coordinate toolbox talks, safety meetings and campaigns to promote safety culture on site
