GET BUILDERS PROSPECT SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Inspector of Work in Puncak Alam, Selangor. This full-time role focuses on overseeing construction activities, ensuring adherence to specifications, codes, and safety requirements on site.

The successful candidate will have 4-5 years of inspection or supervision experience, strong drawing interpretation skills, and fluency in English and Malay. Diploma/degree in civil engineering or related field preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years' experience in construction inspection or site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian building codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings and specs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Malay.
• Proficient in site documentation and report writing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with specs.
• Monitor adherence to building codes and safety standards on site.
• Document inspection findings and maintain site records.
• Identify defects and coordinate with management and contractors for rework.
• Supervise construction teams to uphold quality standards.
• Promote health and safety compliance among site personnel.
• Verify materials and equipment meet standards before use.
• Liaise with clients, architects and engineers to resolve site issues.
• Maintain photographic/video documentation of progress.
• Assist in project scheduling and progress tracking.
