The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field and 3–5 years of site experience, with strong drawing interpretation, coordination and problem-solving skills; travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on site to ensure compliance with plans and specs.
• Monitor site safety protocols and enforce health and safety regulations.
• Inspect materials and workmanship to meet quality standards.
• Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and site issue documentation.
• Communicate progress with project managers, contractors, and clients.
• Conduct site surveys and verify alignment with drawings.
• Identify and resolve on-site technical problems or discrepancies.
• Manage site resources including materials and personnel for efficiency.
• Support the project team in meeting schedules and budgets.
