Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Sales Executive with 2 to 5 years of construction sales experience to manage contractor relationships across major infrastructure projects. In this role you will expand the contractor base, maintain margins, and support tender submissions with the internal specification team.

A Diploma/Associate degree in civil engineering or related field is preferred, with strong client-facing and networking abilities.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of sales experience within construction materials or contracting.
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• Practical understanding of construction site workflows and contractor management.
• Energetic and confident in client-facing and networking environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service contractor accounts to secure project continuity and repeat business.
• Maintain profit margins and handle client requests for specification adjustments.
• Conduct targeted outreach and cold calls to expand the active contractor base.
• Partner with the internal specification team to support tender submissions and project delivery.
• Engage in client networking to build long-term relationships across the construction sector.
