You will quote, tender, and negotiate to secure profitable projects. The position emphasizes coordination with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation and business development within construction or real estate sectors.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, site engineers and project managers.
• Experience in preparing cost estimates, commercial and technical proposals, pricing negotiation and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify upcoming construction sites, real estate developments, and infra projects to pitch ready-mix concrete products.
