Job summary

Mills Recruitment seeks a proactive EHS professional to take ownership of site safety on a dynamic construction project in Selangor. You will ensure regulatory compliance, identify risks, and promote a strong safety culture across all site activities.

You will work closely with site management, safety personnel, and subcontractors to drive safety excellence, deliver toolbox talks, and coordinate incident investigations.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, certificate, or diploma in OSH, construction, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of construction site safety experience.
• Valid DOSH Yellow Book certification.
• First aid certification.
• Experience in data center, industrial, or fast-track projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities to ensure EHS compliance and PPE usage.
• Conduct site inspections, identify hazards, and support risk assessments and corrective actions.
• Monitor high-risk activities including hot work, lifting, confined space, and electrical work.
• Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, and promote site-wide safety awareness.
• Report incidents, assist investigations, and coordinate with site teams and subcontractors on safety matters.
