Job summary

EAR ENGINEERING SDN BHD is seeking a Site Safety Supervisor to oversee safety at construction sites, ensure compliance with regulations, and lead toolbox talks. You will monitor day-to-day safety activities, conduct inspections, and coordinate with site teams to maintain a safe work environment.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in OSH or related field, SSS certification, and 1–2 years of site safety experience, with strong communication and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Construction, or related field.
• Relevant Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) certification/competency is required.
• Valid safety-related certificates are an advantage.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant construction site safety experience.
• Good knowledge of workplace safety practices and regulations.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently and handle site safety responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site safety and ensure workers follow safety rules, procedures, and regulations.
• Identify hazards and maintain a safe working environment at the construction site.
• Conduct safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Ensure workers use proper PPE and follow safety procedures.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
• Report and investigate accidents, incidents, and unsafe conditions.
• Monitor housekeeping and safe working practices.
• Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and workers on safety matters.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company requirements.
