Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in purchasing or material sourcing.
• Strong negotiation and cost-saving mindset with attention to detail.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Source reliable suppliers, issue RFQs, and prepare price comparisons.
• Negotiate prices, credit terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Generate and issue Purchase Orders using internal systems with clear terms.
• Coordinate delivery timelines with site teams to ensure materials arrive on time.
• Verify delivery orders against POs and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor database based on performance and price.
