Visible Construction & Trading Sdn Bhd is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager for a site-based role in Malaysia. You will lead end-to-end project planning, site operations, and delivery, ensuring programmes, timelines and quality standards are met, with willingness to travel.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in construction, 5–6 years as PM with a main contractor, strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, and the ability to relocate as required. Diploma or degree is advantageous.

Qualificações

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in the construction industry.
• At least 5–6 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager with a main contractor.
• Ability to speak, read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willingness to travel and relocate as required.
• Diploma or degree certification is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Establish project execution plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables and priorities.
• Oversee daily site activities and site operations.
• Monitor progress to ensure adherence to approved programmes and timelines.
• Coordinate manpower, machinery, materials and other resources.
• Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.
• Resolve site issues, conflicts and delays.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications and required standards.
• Attend project/site meetings and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by management.

Key responsibilities

Establish project execution plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables and priorities.

Oversee daily site activities and site operations.

Monitor project progress and productivity to ensure work follows the approved programme and timelines.

Coordinate and manage manpower, machinery, materials and other project resources.

Coordinate, communicate and liaise with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.

Resolve site issues, conflicts, technical problems and construction delays.

Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications and comply with required standards.

Attend project and site meetings, review project reports and follow up on outstanding issues.

Carry out other works and duties assigned and required by management.

What we're looking for

At least 10–15 years of experience in the construction industry.

Ability to speak, communicate, read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
