We are seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, coordinate sub-contractors and workers, monitor work performance, and support the successful delivery of construction activities. The role involves maintaining accurate site records, reporting progress to the Project Manager and project team, and ensuring completed work meets quality requirements.

Key responsibilities

Monitor and supervise sub-contractors and workers on their daily work and performance.

Report and update daily work activities to the Project Manager and project team.

Record and report daily site activities, weather conditions, and other relevant site information.

Prepare and produce daily site diary records, weekly progress reports, and monthly progress reports.

Act as the QA/QC checker for work completed on site.

Coordinate with project stakeholders to support smooth site operations and timely completion of activities.

Ensure site work is carried out in accordance with project requirements and quality standards.

Perform other duties assigned by management or authorised representatives.

What we're looking for

At least 3-5 years of experience as a Construction Site Supervisor.

At least a Diploma in a construction-related field.

Valid driving licence, own transport, and willingness to travel.

Hardworking, dedicated, and willing to learn.

Able to communicate in English and Malay.

Computer literate with the ability to prepare site records and progress reports.
