Job summary

Eastern Pacific Industrial Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to lead a floating solar installation across all launching decks in Malaysia. You will drive safety, schedule, budget, and adherence to engineering specs while coordinating with engineering, logistics, safety, and marine teams.

The role requires a background in utility-scale solar construction, strong leadership and client communication, and experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or project management.
• 8–10 years in construction/project management.
• 3+ years in utility-scale solar projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of solar PV systems and construction sequencing.
• Familiar with Malaysian HSE regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution across all 5 installation processes.
• Manage overall schedule, budget, and manpower.
• Coordinate daily operations between engineering, logistics, safety, and marine teams.
• Ensure works comply with specifications and drawings.
• Identify delays and implement recovery plans.
