Job summary

Talent Recruit represents a reputable industrial solar solutions provider based in Shah Alam, Selangor. They seek an Accounts & Finance Executive to manage daily financial operations, including billing, invoicing, AR/AP, and month-end processes.

The role requires a Diploma/ Degree in Accounting & Finance with 1–3 years’ experience, proficiency in AutoCount, SQL, Xero, and advanced Excel, and the ability to communicate in Mandarin. Working hours are 9am–6pm, salary RM 4,500–RM 5,500.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting and finance; partial professional qualifications welcomed.
• 1–3 years' experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in AutoCount, SQL, Xero and advanced MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily operations: billing, invoicing, payments; manage AR/AP.
• Issue progress claims and invoices to C&I clients per project milestones.
• Perform monthly reconciliations for suppliers, customers and banks.
• Assist in preparation of full sets of accounts and monthly closing.
• Verify invoices and maintain filing for archiving; liaison with authorities.
• Coordinate with bankers, auditors on audits and SST filings.
• Maintain project-related filing for regulatory compliance.
• Support management in new business opportunities and regulatory needs.
