Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Building Technology, or related field.
• Experience in construction, property development, or project coordination is an advantage.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and with various project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Understand Civil & Structural (C&S), Architectural, and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works.
• Ensure construction works align with approved plans, specs, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Monitor site progress and report issues to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and authorities for project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with methods and local regulations in Malaysia.
• Resolve site-related issues and ensure contractors meet specifications, budget, and timelines.
• Participate in project meetings, inspections, and audits with stakeholders.
• Support in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
