• Minimum eight–ten (8-10) years of working experience in Project Management, with major fit-out and construction exposure.
• Sound knowledge of Project Management procedures; strong organization and leadership skills.
• Ability to coordinate groups of Consultants/Contractors and work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and apply the Project Execution Plan.
• Monitor progress and deliverables across project stages per policy.
• Lead PM teams; provide guidance and motivation.
• Report progress and issues to senior management regularly.
