PTT Synergy Group Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects, supervise daily site construction works, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of works. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and adherence to drawings and specifications.

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in infrastructure construction.
• Experience in bridge construction is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and site safety.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage site activities and work effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Project Manager in managing and executing project activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily site construction works.
• Monitor construction progress, and quality to ensure compliance with project specifications and approved drawings.
• Oversee bridge construction activities and ensure efficient use of manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Review construction methods to improve productivity, minimize wastage, and prevent delays.
• Coordinate with the Client, Consultant, local authorities, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure timely completion of works.
• Ensure compliance with the Project Quality Plan, safety requirements, and relevant construction standards.
• Coordinate with the Project Planner to monitor and update the project work program.
• Attend site meetings and other meetings who organized by the Client and Consultants.
• Prepare progress reports and implement corrective actions to meet project targets.
