Boon Boon Builder Sdn Bhd is seeking an Account Executive in Petaling Jaya to maintain accurate financial records and support accounting functions. The role involves day-to-day bookkeeping, preparing statements, and tax support within a growing construction company.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting with practical bookkeeping experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Performing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations
• Preparing financial statements and reports to support management decision-making
• Assisting with the preparation of tax returns and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Providing administrative support to the finance team, including processing payments and managing accounts payable and receivable
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial information and insights
• Continuously looking for ways to streamline processes and improve efficiency
