Job summary

Siemens Mobility Malaysia invites final-year engineering students or recent graduates to join as an Intern in Construction Documentation & Project Coordination. You will support the KVDT2 teams with daily documentation, manage site documents, and assist in MOMs and meeting notes.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and cross-functional collaboration. Ideal candidates have strong MS Office skills, exposure to document control, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Final-year student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with document control/document management systems; SharePoint/Teamcenter a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Construction and Technical Teams with daily documentation and project coordination.
• Prepare, print, scan, file, and control site documents in the document management system.
• Maintain project documentation accurately and accessible for the team.
