Job summary

Kimlun is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee construction contracts from award to completion in Malaysia. You will handle contract administration, claims, variations, EOT and payments, and review subcontract agreements while liaising with clients and subcontractors on contractual matters.

Ideal candidates hold a Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering with 5–8 years of experience, strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or diploma in QS or Civil Engineering.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in construction contracts/QS.
• Strong knowledge of claims, variations, EOT, payments, and subcontract management.
• Good negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction contracts from award to completion.
• Handle contract administration, claims, variations, EOT and payment matters.
• Review and manage subcontract agreements and subcontractor claims.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors on contractual matters.
• Identify contractual risks and provide advice to management and project teams.
• Lead negotiations and ensure proper contractual documentation and compliance.
