Job summary

Kimlun Malaysia is seeking a Contract professional to support the Contract Manager or Senior Contract Executive. The role covers full-cycle contract administration including tender, cost analysis, claims, and payment certification.

You will assist with pre-contract and post-contract activities, prepare interim valuations, pricing and contract variations, and monitor site progress while coordinating sub-contractor payments and main-contractor claims.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of post-contract administration experience.
• Familiar with tender, cost analysis, and payment certification.
• Well organized, disciplined and highly efficient.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist Contract Manager or Senior Contract Executive with daily duties.
• Contribute to pre-contract and post-contract activities including tenders, RFQ, cost analysis, claims and payments.
• Prepare interim valuations, pricing, and agreement of contract variations.
• Monitor site progress and manage sub-contractor payments and main-contractor claims.
• Prepare award of contract and evaluate sub-contractor documentation.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned.
