To deliver innovative component repair solutions for next-generation aero gas turbine engines.
Perform aircraft engine component repair based on OEM manuals.
Carry out welding, machining, heat treatment, and component installation.
Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Maintain tools, equipment, and 5S housekeeping.
Support NPI, audits, and continuous improvement activities.
Assist in training and operational setup.
At least 2 years of working experience in aerospace component repair.
Technical diploma, apprenticeship, or equivalent in machining, welding, aerospace manufacturing or mechanical engineering.
