Job summary

Teson Aero Sdn Bhd in Meru, Selangor is hiring experienced Technicians for a full-time role focused on maintenance and servicing of aviation parts and tooling. You will perform power tool tasks, conduct scheduled maintenance, inspections, and maintain records while complying with safety protocols.

A technical certificate and minimum 2 years of hands-on experience are preferred, with opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical qualification or certification in the Technician field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar role within Trades & Services, preferably Technicians sub-sector.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

About the role Teson Aero Sdn Bhd is seeking experienced Technicians to join our skilled team in Meru, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to ensure the smooth operation of our aviation parts and tooling. Your expertise will be crucial in upholding our commitment to safety and efficiency.

What you'll be doing

Able to perform power tools activity ( Cutting, grinding, and rounding)

Performing scheduled maintenance and repairs on a variety of aviation parts and toolings

Conducting inspections and quality checks to ensure all equipment meets safety and performance standards

Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities and technical data

Adhering to all relevant safety protocols and industry regulations

Collaborating with the wider engineering team to implement process improvements and streamline operations

What we're looking for

Relevant technical qualification or certification in the Technician field

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar role within the Trades & Services industry, preferably in the Technicians sub-sector

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work
