Job summary

Weldman Welding Industries Sdn Bhd in Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia, is seeking an Electrical Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain welding machines and related electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. No prior experience is required as training will be provided, with a 5.5-day work week, alternate Sunday duty, and overtime opportunities.

Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,000 per month + high overtime opportunities (usually RM1000-2000)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable Electrical Technician to join our maintenance team. The primary responsibility is to diagnose, repair, and maintain welding machines and similar electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair welding machines and related electrical equipment.

Perform routine maintenance and inspections.

Replace faulty components and wiring.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance.

Support other technical tasks as assigned.

Support work in shipyards.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent.

Experience: Prior experience in repairing welding machines or similar equipment is an advantage.

Skills: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
