Job summary

Manpower Singapore is hiring a Component Repair Technician to perform aerospace component repair in Singapore. You will follow OEM manuals, execute welding, machining, heat treatment, and installation, and conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure quality and compliance.

The role requires hands-on work in an air-conditioned environment with training support and opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of aerospace component repair experience.
• Technical diploma or apprenticeship in machining, welding, aerospace manufacturing or mechanical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Perform aircraft engine component repair based on OEM manuals.
• Carry out welding, machining, heat treatment, and component installation.
• Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and 5S housekeeping.
• Support NPI, audits, and continuous improvement activities.
• Assist in training and operational setup.
