Job summary

Life Care Diagnostic Medical Centre – Petaling is seeking a warm, caring Customer Service Executive to be the first point of contact for new mothers and their families, ensuring compassionate, attentive, and efficient service throughout their stay.

You will handle enquiries by phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins; assist in admissions, registrations and discharges; coordinate with nursing, dietary, and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience; healthcare or hospitality background is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Empathetic, patient, and able to handle sensitive situations with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Attend to enquiries from prospective and existing clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
• Assist in the admission, registration, and discharge process for mothers and newborns.
• Coordinate with nursing, dietary, and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle client feedback, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client information.
• Prepare daily reports and assist with billing and invoicing when required.
• Support marketing activities including social media responses and promotional events.
