YAYASAN TAIWAN BUDDHIST TZU-CHI, MALAYSIA is hiring for a community services role in Malaysia. The position involves needs assessments, home visits, case planning, and coordinating aid to beneficiaries in Seremban and surrounding areas.

You will work with volunteers and healthcare providers to deliver timely support, maintain records, and contribute to charity projects and disaster relief activities. Weekend flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or related fields.
• Experience in case management or community service is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse beneficiaries.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments and home visits to evaluate eligibility and urgency.
• Develop case plans and coordinate assistance to ensure timely support.
• Maintain confidential case records per guidelines.
• Liaise with volunteers, healthcare providers and agencies to meet needs.
• Plan and coordinate charity projects and outreach programs.
• Document events, measure impact and guide improvements.
• Handle administrative tasks, reports and database updates.
• Ensure policy compliance and collaborate with partners.
