Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, Business, or related field.
• Up to 1 year of experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Confident writing in Mandarin and English; Bahasa Malaysia is a bonus.
• Strong design eye; hands-on with Canva, Wix, WordPress, or Adobe Photoshop.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Associate to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, has a passion for storytelling, and wants to build a career in B2B technology marketing. You will work closely with the team to support campaigns, events, content creation, visual design, and day-to-day marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaigns & Partnerships Support: Help execute, track, and fine-tune marketing campaigns across print, digital, and social. Collaborate directly with AWS and Google Cloud teams on joint partner campaigns
• Content Writing & Creative Design Execution: Be both wordsmith and visual thinker, crafting social copy, EDMs, and case studies, and designing graphics, event banners, decks, and one-pagers. Use whatever it takes (e.g. Canva or Adobe) to make content look and sound great, always on-brand
• Social Media Planning & Execution: Plan and manage the content calendar across our social channels, scheduling and publishing posts, keeping our voice and look consistent, and engaging with our audience to grow reach and community
• Website Management: Keep our digital front door looking sharp, building and updating pages on Wix and designing campaign landing pages that reflect who we are
• Events Coordination: Help make webinars, roadshows, and conferences happen, handling logistics, preparing materials, and making sure everything runs without a hitch from start to finish
• Research, Data & Reporting: Stay curious about industry trends and competitor moves, and turn information into insight. Compile marketing data and produce event and meeting reports that help the team make smarter, faster decisions
• Administrative Duties: Keep things moving behind the scenes like managing schedules, organising assets, and liaising with vendors so the team never misses a beat

• A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, Business, or a related field
• Up to 1 year of experience (fresh graduates are very welcome)
• Confident writing in both Mandarin and English; Bahasa Malaysia is a bonus
• A strong design eye and hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Wix, WordPress, or Adobe Photoshop and a feel for what looks good right now, not two years ago
• Comfortable with Google Workspace and social media
• Organized and detail-oriented, you don’t let things slip through the cracks
• Good time management and a genuine team player who works well with others
• Genuinely excited about cloud technology and what it can do for businesses
