A front-end execution role during the project incubation phase, requiring strong learning agility and high initiative, focused on global data center business advancement; upon business launch, may grow into a regional business lead.

Responsibilities:

Handle project intelligence gathering, client engagement and initial business development for data center projects in Southeast Asia; proactively identify opportunities.

Support expansion and relationship maintenance of data center and infrastructure resources; help build the regional resource network.

Conduct basic research, consolidate materials and follow up on projects with a self-driven, closed-loop mindset.

Support overseas project execution, facilitate opportunity conversion and resource matching, and partner with senior roles to drive regional expansion.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree or above from a reputable university.

Experience: 3-8 years of relevant experience, proven high performance and strong career stability.

Competence: Strong sense of ownership, clear logical thinking, solid fundamentals; resilient and self-driven.

Language: English as a working language; able to communicate fluently across regions.

Preferences / Plus:

Regional: Prior work / living experience in Malaysia, Indonesia or Southeast Asia.

Industry: Experience in data centers, AIDC, infrastructure or BD preferred; client / project engagement experience in power or data center sectors.

Overseas: Work, study abroad or long-term travel experience.

Language: Malay or Indonesian as a working language.
