Qualifications

• Master all basic cooking methods and ingredient cutting.
• Be familiar with food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
• Strong teamwork and able to follow directions from Head Chef.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to menu and SOP.
• Store food properly and maintain kitchen storage areas.
• Perform cleaning duties for kitchen, crockery, and equipment.
• Observe safety precautions when handling equipment.
• Work with the Head Chef & Chef De Partie as needed.
• Be adaptable and able to work on weekends and shifts.
